Cheerleading Guidelines & Policies
GENERAL DECORATING GUIDELINES
Banners & Signs – Signs, banners, or similar items that are obscene or indecent, not event-related, potentially offensive to other patrons, capable of blocking the views of other fans or otherwise deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the CURE Insurance Arena are prohibited. They may not contain commercial messages, logos, or political endorsements, and may not be hung on the arena seat number signage or sponsors. Signs, flags, and banners of any size attached to poles are prohibited. Signs, flags, and banners made of wood, metal, plastic, or other hard material is prohibited. CURE Insurance Arena reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of arena policy.
Balloons – NO balloons of any kind are permitted in the building.
Tape/Adhesive – The ONLY tape that is allowed to be used is painters tape or poster putty. The use of other tape (such as scotch tape, duct tape, gaff tape, etc.), wires, tacks, nails, glue, command strips, and the like to hang decorations is prohibited. Stickers and adhesive backed decals are not to be given out in or around the building. Nails and screws are not to be driven into the arena floor and walls. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Costs to repair any damages or removal of unapproved adhesive tape will be the responsibility of licensee/suite holder.
General Obstruction – Decorations CANNOT cover any arena signage (seat/section numbers, sponsors), exit doors or lights, or fire alarm pull boxes. Nothing is allowed to be hung from any sprinklers, the ceiling, or obstructing any exhaust vents.
Glitter and Confetti are NOT permitted.
Battery Powered Lights are permitted. NO electrical outlets are allowed to be used for plug-in lights.
EVENT SPECIFIC POLICIES
Speakers – Speakers are permitted for teams only, but CANNOT be in use close to entrances and must be kept at a reasonable noise level, to be enforced by CURE Insurance Arena staff.
Megaphones – Megaphones are only allowed to be used by teams on the competition floor and warm up mats. They may NOT be used on the concourse or suite level.
Rehearsing – Cheer teams may find open space on the concourse to perform small rehearsals, however and music volume must be kept at a reasonable level and CANNOT obstruct any vomitories/portals, entrance gates or entrance areas, exit doors, concession stands, concession stand lines, merchandise lines or disrupt normal ingress/egress in corridors.
Cheerleading Equipment/Backpacks – Any equipment (backpacks, approved lunches, equipment, megaphones, speakers, etc.) belonging to a competitor MUST be brought in by the competitor.
Noisemakers – Policy varies per event organizer. In general, no airhorns are permitted. Please contact the arena with any questions.
Failure to comply with the above policies may result in ejection or removal of prohibited items.
What do I do If I lost my ticket(s)?
The CURE Insurance Arena Box Office will be happy to “re-issue” tickets (with proof of purchase) for any of the following reasons:
- Lost/forgotten ticket replacement
- Multi-run exchanges (from one performance time to another, etc.)
- Seat exchanges (if seat exchanges are allowed for the particular event)
- Any other situation where the patron needs the box office to reprint their tickets
Lost & Found: How do I find out if an item I lost at an event has been found?
If you lost an item at an event, please contact our Guest Services & Security department by calling 609-656-3205 during business hours (Monday - Friday: 10am - 3pm; Hours may vary).
I have a Pre-Sale OR Promo code - Where do I enter the code?
Please navigate to the event you'd like to purchase tickets to (Please note: You will be transferred to Ticketmaster for purchase).
PRE-SALE CODES: Ticketmaster will prompt you to enter the Pre-Sale code before it will let you put your tickets into a cart to checkout.
PROMO CODES: Select the event you want to attend. THEN, click the unlock icon (near the price range bar) to enter your exclusive code. Once you have entered your code, all seating that is applicable to that code will appear.
How much is parking?
Prices on parking vary for each event. Please visit the specific event detail page you are inquiring about for the parking price. Parking rates are released 24 - 48 hours prior to your event date.
How do I know where my seat is?
Floor seating is numbered 1 and up, from front to back. 100 level rows are lettered AA-HH and then A-I from bottom to top. 200 level rows are lettered A-I from bottom to top.

What time do the doors open for an event?
For most events, doors normally open (1) hour prior to the event time. You should always visit the event detail tab for all information regarding your ticketed event or visit us on our social media pages.
Can I bring food or drink into the venue (sealed or unsealed)?
No food or drink can be brought into the arena whether sealed or unsealed.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my child?
Typircally, any child who has reached their 2nd birthday needs a ticket to any event at CURE Insurance Arena. This requirement may vary on an event by event basis. Please always refer to the 'more details' page of your selected event for the most up to date information!
Please Note: Some events require children of age 1 to have a ticket to an event. Please check with the Box Office if you have any questions.
Can I bring a still camera or video camera to an event?
As a general rule, professional cameras, video, flash photography and recording devices are not permitted inside the Arena. This is subject to change on an event-by-event basis. If by chance, a guest brings a camera or recording device to an event, the guest will be asked to return that item to his or her vehicle. The Arena cannot hold any personnel property belonging to a guest.
